How can education and industry work together to attract, develop and retain the talent Europe’s semiconductor sector needs?

The third Inclusive Chips Forum will bring together educators, higher education institutions, vocational education and training (VET) providers, industry representatives and policymakers in Bratislava.

The forum will explore how stronger collaboration between academia and industry can create more inclusive pathways into semiconductor careers and help Europe develop and retain a diverse talent pool.

The programme will feature examples from academia and industry, insights from semiconductor employers and discussions on how education can respond to the needs of a rapidly evolving technological sector. Topics include inclusive academic environments, different routes into semiconductor careers, barriers to participation and successful models for talent development.

The event is organised in the context of the European Chips Diversity Alliance (ECDA).
