SEMICON Europa 2026
Skills, diversity and the next generation of Europe’s semiconductor workforce

SEMICON Europa 2026 brings together Europe’s semiconductor and microelectronics ecosystem to discuss technology, competitiveness and the future of the industry.
A key programme highlight is Skills, Diversity & the Next Generation: How Europe is Building its Semiconductor Workforce from the Classroom Up on 10 November. The session brings together the European Chips Skills Academy, industry and students to discuss training, inclusive recruitment and youth engagement.
Young talent also features in a semiconductor hackathon, where multidisciplinary teams develop new product concepts. During SEMICON Europa, the European Chips Diversity Alliance Spark Excellence Award 2026 will also be presented, recognising leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion across the semiconductor industry.
